I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), registered with the CRPO, with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field.
I work with a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and relationship struggles. I also support clients through career exploration, life transitions, and managing stress.
Above all, I want to help my clients build the skills they need to succeed outside of therapy, improve resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal isn’t just to tackle immediate concerns, but to help make lasting changes, so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and relief.
