I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), registered with the CRPO, with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field.

I work with a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and relationship struggles. I also support clients through career exploration, life transitions, and managing stress.

Above all, I want to help my clients build the skills they need to succeed outside of therapy, improve resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal isn’t just to tackle immediate concerns, but to help make lasting changes, so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and relief.

How do I know if I need therapy?

If you're asking the question, it might be time. Do you offer virtual therapy in Ontario?

Yep! I offer online therapy sessions for clients across Ontario. Online sessions are secure and just as effective as in-person therapy for tons of people. Online therapy also has the benefit of saving you time and money.

What issues do you help with?

I work with a bunch of different issues, including anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and stress. Most of my practice specifically focuses on trauma. I work a ton with people who have experienced difficult childhoods and still feel the effects of it today. I also work with couples experiencing relationship issues like infidelity, lack of passion, and communication concerns. I emphasize a balance between exploring the past and incorporating tools to better cope and find relief.

How long does therapy usually take?

It's an annoying answer, but the length of therapy really just depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Some people feel improvement in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support for deeper patterns. You can learn more by clicking here.
